Copper Nickel Tube Fittings are produced using either 90% Copper – 10% Nickel (Cu-Ni 90/10) or 70% Copper – 30% Nickel (Cu-Ni 70/30), with minor additions of Iron (Fe) and Manganese (Mn) to boost mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. They boast a tensile strength ranging from 275 to 420 MPa and a yield strength of 105 to 180 MPa, along with excellent ductility and formability. These fittings are reliable under extreme marine conditions, thanks to their resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, biofouling, and stress corrosion cracking, making them perfect for high-performance environments prone to corrosion.
