Copper Nickel Sheets and Plates are generally composed of Cu-Ni alloys such as 90/10 (C70600) and 70/30 (C71500). The 90/10 alloy is made up of 90% copper and 10% nickel, while the 70/30 alloy contains 70% copper and 30% nickel, along with small amounts of iron and manganese. These alloys are renowned for their outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion, biofouling, and stress corrosion cracking. Their mechanical properties include a tensile strength ranging from 275 to 380 MPa, a yield strength of about 105 to 160 MPa, and good ductility. Additionally, their high thermal conductivity and oxidation resistance make them ideal for high-performance applications in challenging environments.
