Copper Nickel Fasteners are made up of Copper (Cu) and Nickel (Ni) in either 90/10 (Cu-90%, Ni-10%) or 70/30 (Cu-70%, Ni-30%) ratios, with small amounts of Iron (Fe) and Manganese (Mn) included to boost strength and corrosion resistance. These fasteners deliver a tensile strength ranging from 350 to 450 MPa, a yield strength of 150 to 200 MPa, and impressive ductility.
