Copper Nickel Coils, typically crafted from CuNi 70/30 (70% copper, 30% nickel) or CuNi 90/10 (90% copper, 10% nickel), are known for their remarkable resistance to seawater corrosion, biofouling, and stress corrosion cracking. While mechanical properties can differ by grade, common figures include a tensile strength ranging from 45,000 to 65,000 psi and a yield strength of about 15,000 to 25,000 psi, along with high ductility. These alloys also boast excellent thermal stability and conductivity.
