Copper Nickel 90/10 Sheets and Plates are made up of around 90% Copper, 10% Nickel, along with trace amounts of Iron (up to 1.5%) and Manganese, which boost their strength and corrosion resistance. These materials typically show tensile strength between 275–370 MPa and yield strength of 105–150 MPa, along with good elongation for easy formability. The alloy’s inherent resistance to biofouling, erosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion makes it a great fit for both freshwater and marine uses.
