Copper Nickel 70/30 Tubing consists of about 70% Copper (Cu) and 30% Nickel (Ni), with small amounts of Iron (Fe) and Manganese (Mn) added to enhance strength and corrosion resistance. This alloy offers excellent mechanical stability, stress corrosion resistance, and high thermal conductivity. Typically, the tensile strength ranges from 350–450 MPa, with yield strength between 150–200 MPa and impressive elongation properties. Its metallurgical makeup makes it highly effective in environments exposed to fast-moving seawater, brine, and varying temperatures, all while being easy to fabricate and weld.
