Copper Nickel 70/30 Tube Fittings consist of about 70% Copper (Cu) and 30% Nickel (Ni), with minor additions of Iron (Fe) and Manganese (Mn) to enhance mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. These fittings are known for their remarkable durability in high-velocity seawater and brine, as well as their excellent thermal stability. Typical mechanical properties include a tensile strength ranging from 350 to 450 MPa, yield strength between 150 and 200 MPa, and good elongation and ductility.
