Fajar Metals, a well-respected manufacturer and supplier based in Jakarta, Indonesia, specializes in providing top-notch AWS Class ERNiCu-7 SAW and FLUX Welding Wire for submerged arc welding (SAW) applications that involve copper-nickel alloys. This wire is expertly crafted to offer outstanding corrosion resistance and welding efficiency, ensuring smooth arc performance, minimal spatter, and high-quality weld deposits. ERNiCu-7 is a popular choice in marine, desalination, and offshore industries where durability and resistance to seawater are essential. Fajar Metals guarantees a steady supply of reliable welding wire and flux combinations that adhere to international standards, complemented by expert technical support and prompt delivery for large-scale industrial projects.
ERNiCu-7 Welding Wire is mainly made up of Nickel (Ni) and Copper (Cu), with carefully controlled amounts of Iron (Fe), Manganese (Mn), and Titanium (Ti). This specific composition provides excellent resistance to saltwater corrosion and high thermal conductivity. When paired with the right flux for submerged arc welding, the resulting metal boasts a tensile strength of around 60,000–70,000 psi, along with remarkable ductility and toughness. The wire produces a smooth bead appearance with minimal porosity, making it perfect for welding 90/10 and 70/30 Cu-Ni alloys. Additionally, it offers outstanding resistance to stress corrosion and erosion in seawater conditions.
