Fajar Metals, a well-known manufacturer and supplier located in Jakarta, Indonesia, specializes in providing top-notch AWS Class ENiCrMo3T1-1/T1-4 Flux Core Wire for essential welding tasks. This nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy wire is specifically crafted for joining and cladding in environments that are both highly corrosive and high-temperature. Renowned for its outstanding arc stability, minimal spatter, and smooth bead profile, the ENiCrMo3T1-1/T1-4 flux core wire is perfect for both flat and out-of-position welding. Fajar Metals caters to vital industries like chemical processing, marine, offshore, and power generation, offering reliable products that adhere to global standards, along with expert technical support and swift delivery throughout Indonesia and beyond.
ENiCrMo3T1-1/T1-4 Flux Core Wire is made up of Nickel (Ni), Chromium (Cr), Molybdenum (Mo), and Iron (Fe), with carefully controlled amounts of Cobalt, Manganese, and Silicon. This wire creates weld metal that boasts excellent resistance to both oxidizing and reducing environments, especially those with chlorides or sulfides. Typical mechanical properties include a tensile strength ranging from 90,000 to 110,000 psi, high ductility, and exceptional toughness, even in low temperatures. ENiCrMo3T1-1 is used with 100% CO₂, while T1-4 is paired with Ar-CO₂ mixtures. Both options yield clean, defect-free welds that are highly resistant to cracking and metallurgical degradation.
