AWS Class ENiCrCoMo-1 Coated Electrodes are made from a nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy, typically containing Nickel (Ni), Chromium (Cr), Cobalt (Co), Molybdenum (Mo), along with trace elements like Iron, Manganese, and Silicon. The weld deposits usually show a tensile strength of around 760–860 MPa (110–125 ksi) while maintaining good toughness across a broad temperature range.
