A286 Round Bars are made from iron-based superalloys that include Nickel (24–27%), Chromium (13.5–16%), Titanium (1.9–2.35%), Molybdenum (1–1.5%), along with Vanadium, Silicon, Manganese, and a carefully controlled amount of Carbon. These bars showcase impressive tensile strength (up to 130 ksi), good ductility, and outstanding creep resistance at high temperatures. They can be age-hardened to boost strength while still preserving ductility and corrosion resistance. A286 also offers good machinability in its annealed state and excellent weldability, making it perfect for components that need to perform reliably in harsh environments.
